Recording Fee increase for the State of Washington to take effect on July 26, 2009. Recording Fees will increase by $20.00. A one page Deed of Reconveyance will now cost $62.00 not including the Trustee's Fee. Substitutions or Appointments of Successor-Trustee and Assignments of Deeds of Trust are exempt from the $20.00 fee increase and will remain at $14.00 for first page and $1.00 for each additional page. The cost to record most Washington reconveyances will cost over $100.00 each.
